Giving gifts to pupils in Hoc Mon district

In response to the open letter from Ms. Luu Kim Thuy CTHCTĐ in Hoc Mon City, in the morning of June 1st, 2018 (lunar Apr. 18th, dog year) Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists of Hoang Phap pagoda organized the program of giving gifts for the needy pupils in local district on the occasion of Children Intenational at the meeting of People’s commetee of Tan Thoi Nhi commue (No 2/2 Nguyen Thi Nuoi street, Dan Thang 2 hamlet, Tan Thoi Nhi commune, Hoc Mon district).

Attending the program, there were deputies such as Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue, Ms. Mai Huynh Ngoc Hieu, vice chief of director Board for the children of Thanh Hoi school, Ms. Luu Kim Thuy CTHC TĐ in Hoc Mon district, donators, teachers, and 200 people at the schools as Ly Chinh Thang, Nhi Tan, Tan HIep, Thi Tran, the schools from 11 communes in Hoc Mon districts.

This occasion, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue have had  some advises to children. They like lotus raising from mud, so, they should try their best learning to pay the Buddhist’s four gratitudes. First, that is their gratitude to parents who gave their birth and settled their living. Second, that is the one of their masters and teachers, who have trained and taught knowledge for them. Third, those are farmers, workers who have produced their products for your needs. At last, that is the soldiers, who are protecting peacefulness for our nation, so that everyone could be peaceful in learning, working for their living. From this opportunity, the Junior Ven. gave them 100 portions of gifts. Each of them costs 110, 000 dong including of 10 notebooks, 2  pencils, 2 boxes of color pens, 1 necklace of Buddha, 1 string of bead. Money total of 110 portions gifts cost 11,000,000 dong.

It is supported by local authority, the program of gift giving to needy pupils perfectly succeeded. The group gave some presents, as the books “By the whole heart”, “Pagodas as a school of learning Buddhist dharma” wrote by Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh to teachers, administration, authority levels; some gifts as necklace, string of beads.

Sincerely showing gratitude to teachers, all local authority levels, donators, oversea and domestic Buddhists who contributed together for the program to difficult pupils at Hoc Mon region on the occasion of Children Internation of June 1st, 2018 perfectly successed.
