Releasing Creatures In Cu Chi District

Releasing is a practical action of a Buddhist because it gets many benefits such as increasing longevity, reducing ill, growing compassion mind, helping achievement of three dharma offerings including: offering money, offering dharma, offering fearlessness. Practicing the Buddha’s teachings, on October 25th, 2017 (lunar Sep. 6th, Rooster Year), Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists had the trip of creature releasing at Binh My ferry in Cu Chi.

The group bought 1780 kgs of catfish valued 32 million by donation from domestic and oversea Buddhists. Before freeing them to the nature, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists took Triratna refuge and chanted the Buddha’s name for them who will soon abandon their body. Meanwhile, he taught all of them that only the Buddha who could help beings' release of rebirth and death transferring. Looking the fishes were swimming in cool  water, all were completely glad in faces of all attendees.
