Arrival in England

Based on the invitation from Senior Venerable Thich Le Nguyen, President of Vietnamese Buddhist Association in United Kingdom, on Aug 19, 2017, Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh and his clergy delegation from Hoang Phap pagoda officially arrived in the foggy country.

The delegation took flight VN51 departing from Tan Son Nhat airport, HCMC, Viet Nam at 01:00 and arriving at Heathrow Airport, London at 08:00 local time on the same day. Senior Venerable Thich Le Nguyen and Buddhists in UK welcome Hoang Phap clergy delegation upon its arrival at the airport. This is the third time that Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh travels to UK.

On the first day, Sen. Ven. Thich Le Nguyen and his devout Buddhists together with Hoang Phap delegation took a tour around London. During the journey, Sen. Ven. Thich Le Nguyen and his locals introduced the features and people there with their own western unique culture that brought interesting strange feelings to members of Hoang Phap clergy delegation, especially who have just come to UK for the first time.

In the afternoon, everyone visited Thames Bridge, a famous symbol of England linking with cultural values ​​and long history of this city.
