Charity Board: Freeing of creatures at Binh My ferry in Cu Chi

On Feb. 14th, 2025 Junior Thich Tam Hue, Buddhists of Hoang Phap pagoda, Toan Phat Logistic Company, Toan Phat Irradiation Co, Ltd, Long An province had a rite releasing creatures at Binh My ferry in Cu Chi to.

Releasing creatures is to sow good seeds, resolve grudges, help living beings escape from being killed, and respect the right to live of all species. This is a good thing that Buddhists should do, because it is an opportunity to help us nurture our kindness, show compassion, and be equal to all species.

 

In reverent moments, Junior Thich Tam Hue, the Sangha, Buddhists lit incense to the Buddha, and made a rite of releasing creatures to pray for peace, prosperous to the company’s members. The mass chanted sutra-mantra and took refuge Three Jewels for all fish, recited the Buddha name for them, then dedicated merit for the Companies to be developed more and more smoothly in business, the deeper the faith in the Three Jewels, the more compassion for sentient beings grows.

 

Last, Junior Thich Tam Hue gave gifts of Dharma, including: Comic books named Retributions for killing, Turning back to Filial Piety, A Little Monk Saves the Ants.
