Charity Board: Giving gifts to the disadvantaged and disabled people on the Lunar New Year 2025

In Can Tho City on Jan. 25th, 2025, the Delegation presented 100 gifts, each worth 550,000 VND (including 10 kg of rice, 1 box of vegetarian noodles, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 basket and 1 plastic basin, 1 set of clothes and 200,000 VND). Then, in Cai Khe Ward, Can Tho City, the Delegation coordinated with the Red Cross Association of Ninh Kieu District and the Red Cross Association of Cai Khe Ward to present 150 gifts, each worth 350,000 VND (including 10 kg of rice, 1 box of vegetarian noodles, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 shirt, 1 basket, 1 plastic basin) along with dharma book gifts compiled by Most Thich Chan Tinh.

 

Head of the Charity Board of Hoang Phap Pagoda, Junior Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists came to give gifts to the blind and disabled people of the Sau Rieng group in Binh Loi commune, Vinh Cuu district, Dong Nai province on Jan. 27th, 2025. The group gave 10 gifts, each worth 350,000 VND (including 10 kg of rice, 1 box of vegetarian noodles, 1 bottle of cooking oil, 1 bottle of soy sauce, 1 shirt). In particular, the monks and Buddhists went to the house of Mrs. Phan Thi Lem - 75 years old with especially difficult circumstances to visit and give gifts.

 

 Last, the monks and Buddhists went to Hau Giang River to hold a rite to release animals.

  

The charity trip was completed in the joy of the mass.
