Creature Release in Ba Lua Port – Thu Dau Mot

On May 18th, 2014(on April 16th Horse year) Monks and Buddhists of Hoang Phap pagoda had a release trip at Ba Lua port, Thu Dau Mot City.

Tthe Sastra (the commentary on the Prajna paramita sutra)\r\nteach: “Among crimes, slaughtering is the most serious one”. Generally,\r\nreleasing is to save animals’ lives from suffering of death. Freeing animals\r\nwill nourish our compassion. While doing this, we may understand the truth of\r\nall things being equal, storing Buddha nature, and they will become the Buddha.\r\n

\r\n\r\n

 In this trip, the delegation bought 1,228kgs of fish\r\nat Tan Thanh Dong market, Hoc Mon Ward costing 86,870,000VND totally. At dawn\r\non the same day, they were present at Ba Lua port, Thu Dau Mot City to release\r\nfatal fishes back to the nature.
