During this dharma talk, he presented to the listeners the past stages of the Vietnamese Buddha recitation Sect. Since then, he summarized the cultivation core for the Pure-Land practitioners: purifying its mind and purifying the living area. Hope for bliss in the future, one should first purify its mind and achieve peace in the present. If our present mind is filled with greed, hatred, delusion, afflictions, and suffering, then there cannot be a future world of bliss. Therefore, practitioners of Buddhist recitation need to return to their original mind, eliminate distractions, rely on the Buddha's name and be fully equipped with the personal provisions: Faith, vow, and practice (Deep faith, earnest vows, diligent practice). Understanding the correct core, practitioners avoid falling into superstition, wrong views, that deeply believe in itself and other powers, diligent practice will have achievements on the path to find peace in oneself.
The Dharma talk ended in the joy of the mass.
According to the 98th Retreat Schedule program, in addition to listening to the dharma in the morning every day, the practitioners have an extra four periods of Buddha recitation: late, noon, afternoon and evening.
