Donating Gifts to Poor Pupils – Bentre province

Responding to letter of the Study Encouragement Society in South Mo Cay village town, Ben Tre province on the support of notebooks to poor pupils who learn well on occasion of preparing the new school year 2014-2015

\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

 In accordance with the instruction of Senior Venerable\r\nThich Chan Tinh, in the morning of July 28th, 2014 (July 2nd, Horse year),\r\nJunior Venerable Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists came to the Elementary School in\r\nvillage town, South Mocay district, Ben Tre province to present notebooks to\r\npupils.

\r\n\r\n

There  were 96 pupils given 10 notebooks of five cell’s\r\n100 pages, 329 high school students given 15 notebooks of the four-cell’s.\r\nTotally, there were 5950 notebooks granted with 34,767,000 VND, donated by\r\nBuddhists Liên Oanh, Thúy Kiều, Ái Nữ, Miss HÆ°Æ¡ng, Miss Mỹ, Miss Trinh, nearby\r\nBuddhists. Buddhists Ngọc Thông helped transportation to the group.
