On the morning of October 29, 2026, Junior Abbot Thich Tam Truong, alongside monks and Buddhists from Hoang Phap Pagoda, visited and presented gifts to disadvantaged families in Dong Thanh Commune. The charity trip was directed by Ms. Phan Thi Tuyet Nhung, Vice Chairwoman of the VNFFC of Dong Thanh commune with the participation of representatives from the local Fatherland Front Committee.

With support from the Dong Thanh Commune Fatherland Front Committee in identifying local families in need, the Pagoda has donated a sugarcane juice cart to the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen, who resides at 2/12 Hamlet 24, Dong Thanh Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. The family consists of nine members: the husband, who works as a freelance laborer (assisting with the transport of cassava residue used as cattle feed) and earns a monthly income of 4,000,000 VND, and their seven sons—two of whom suffer from epilepsy, while one is currently in the second grade.

This donation aims to help the family build a stable source of income and improve their living conditions. Through this meaningful support, Hoang Phap Pagoda hopes to empower Ms. Tuyền’s family to proactively generate daily income.
