Medical Testing and Gift Offering in Dak Nong and Nha Trang

On Sep. 10th, 2016 (lunar Aug. 10th, Monkey Year) the charity group of Hoang Phap pagoda in company with the group of examiners health Nhan Dao at An Nghiep ward, in Can Tho City, doctors in HCMC, Long An, Binh Duong arrived Dac Nong Province to examine health, give medicine and gifts o the poor and ethnic minority.

At the meeting hall of People's Committee at Quang Thanh Commune, the doctors of incretology, ultrasound, general tested and gave the poor 230 portions of medicine (80,000VND/portion), and 200 portions of gifts (205,000VND/portion, includingof 10kgs of rice, 1barrel of noodle, oil, soy sauce, and sugar). The ophthalmology doctor tested and gave 63 long- sighted glasses to people who are in need.

On the afternoon, at the meeting hall of People's Committee of Nam N’ Jang Commune, Dak Song district, the group tested and gave 200 portions of medicine (80,000VND/portion), and 200 portions of gifts and 30 old people’s glasses and long- sighted glasses.

The group gave 200 portions of gifts to the ethnic minority at Quang Son commune, Gia Nghia town.

On the morning of Sep. 11th, 2016 (Aug. 11th, lunar Monkey year), the group came totheVocational Training Center for Disabilities at Hamlet 3, Dien Phu Commune, Dien Khanh district, Khanh Hoa province to visit and give 500kgs of rice (valued 5,000,000). The monks gave the members of sewing teamthe dharma gilfs named a DVD of “Parents’ Grace”, a VCD of “The 56thProgram of Dharma Light”, a book of “Human Life”, a sutra of “Causes and Effects Law in Three Lives” and a necklace with Buddha statue, as well as, he encouraged that they should try to be trained for their career, improve their life, overcome their unhappiness, make a useful human , toward the Buddha dharma, eat vegetable, chant the Buddha’s name, etc, which will create good causes for the future.

Junior Thich Tam Hue led his group to Vinh phap Pagoda – a branch of Hoang Phap pagoda in Nha Trang City to do alm-offering.

The total of charity moneyin Dak Nong and Nha Trang was 164.855.000 dong, donated by Buddhists Ms. Tan Ngoc Hoa, Tan Chau Bao, Van, Niem, Lung, Lien Kieu, Ai Nu, Lien Oanh being daughter of the Bien uncle, Ms. Phuong being the Tai’s sister and Buddhists from everywhere. The sum of medicine was 33,000,000 dong, donated by the group of examiners health Nhan Dao at An Nghiep ward, in Can Tho City, Ms Loi in Binh Duong supported in its transport; doctor Huynh Thi Bach Yen in Binh Duong gave 200 vases of the eye drop medicine.
