Medical Testing and Gifts- giving in Ha Tinh Province

With the enthusiastic support of local authorities, monks, and Buddhists of Giai Lam – Tinh Phap Pagoda, the program did successfully. The group and the medical charity organization of An Nghiep Ward, Can Tho City, doctors from Ho Chi Minh City, Long An province and Buddhists of Thach Tan, Thach Ha commune, Ha Tinh province examined and gave free drugs to 700 poor people being eligible for social policy and donated 300 gifts for needy ethnic.
After examination, 300 households in particularly difficult circumstances received gifts including: an envelope (VND150,000), a barrel of noodle, oil, lumber-jackets, strings (350.000d). Then, the group donated 400 gifts including: drugs, windbreakers, strings (160,000 VND) to poor households. Also, the ophthalmologists granted more than 250 far-sighted glasses to people in eye problems. Besides, local people were offered DVDs: Reincarnation of Revenge, Eating Vegetarian, Karma of Slaughter, Sutra of the Amitabha Buddha, The Light of Buddhism 52…
Then, under the guidance of the Ven., the group visited the branch of Hoang Phap Pagoda in Nghe An province such as: Co Am Pagoda, Phuc Lac Pagoda. In the end, they released fishes at Cua Lo beach.
Total donation money is 285.210.000 VND. Medical charity organization supported 70 million VND for drugs. There are also contributions from Buddhists: Chuc Le, Lien Oanh, Hoang Oanh, Lien Mai family, Kim Oanh Real Estate Company, Dieu Phuoc, Trang Nguyen company, Tri Thanh brothers, Loc Van sisters, Tran My Ngoc, Buddhists of Phuoc Hue pagoda, Bao Minh Khai company, Tinh Thang, Lien Ha, Duc Duong, Lien Kieu, Lien Phap, Duc Vinh, Lien Danh.. Airlines Vietjet does not charge delivery fee (over 900 kg) and gave discounts.
