Nearly 1000 Students Praying for the High School Graduation Exam 2025-2026 at Dong Cao Pagoda (Thanh Hoa)

Parents and students solemnly welcomed Junior Thich Tam Hung, Abbot of Dong Cao Pagoda (Thanh Hoa) to the Ngo Chan Tu lecture hall to witness the prayer ceremony for the upcoming high school graduation exam on June 04th, 2026.

 

Finishing the rituals of offering incense, chanting scriptures, and reciting the Buddha's name, the Abbot briefly explained the praying rite's meaning and shared some Dharma words to help listeners feel comfortable and peaceful when they return to take refuge in the Three Jewels to achieve our desired results. Afterward, he presented ballpoint pens as gifts of dharma to the students. At the end of the ceremony, the students performed the sacred ritual of bathing the newborn statue in celebration of the Buddha's Birthday 2026 as a way to renew their spirits and purify their minds and bodies in preparation for a successful exam.
