Offering to Three Jewel at Pagodas in the Western of the Charity Board

On July 4th, 2023 (May 17th, LC), Junior Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists from Hoang Phap Pagoda had an affair 's trip to Can Tho to offer money, kinds of items to Three Jewels and the venerable Sangha.

The delegation went to Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hau Giang province at Quan Am pagoda, managed by Senior Thich Phuoc Thanh to offer money, items, books: Lessons for Teenagers, Mouth karma, Practice at home compiled by Most Thich Chan Tinh.

After that, monks and Buddhists had lunch, recited the Buddha names together with the Abbot, Monks who were practicing in the temple for the summer.

On this occasion, the Senior had some words of dharma to the delegation. He praised the spirit supporting Three Jewels and wished good health to Buddhists; should train Precepts-Concentration-Wisdom; practice meditation and Pure land together, and be filial ones to attain enlightenment.

Next, the delegation went to Long An, Long Binh, Hau Giang pagodas and was managed by Abbot Thich Thong Hanh. The Venerable led the delegation in the temple grounds. Monks and Buddhists offered money and items to the Three Jewels, paid homage to Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara and took souvenir photos.

Finally, the group came to Ngoc Trung Tang vihara, Can Tho. Monks and Buddhists pay homage to the Three Jewels. Giving 600 book portions to Youth Retreat, including: Lessons for Teenagers, Sweet Fruits at the End of the Road, Carving Buddha Statues; donated 300 portions to Children Retreat, including books: Children's Lessons, Lessons of Gratitude, Gratitude to Mother and Father. The total number of books donated to two Retreats is 2,700 books.

The offering was completely accomplished in the joy of the mass.
