Presenting Buddhists with lucky red pockets on the 1st day of lunar New Year 2026

In the early year of the Horse 2026, thousands of Buddhists from all over came to Hoang Phap Pagoda to visit, prostrate the Three Jewels, and receive lucky red pockets according to the tradition at the beginning of the New Year. This is an extremely valuable beauty in the cultural traditions of Buddhists in particular and Vietnamese people in general in the Lunar New Year.

People's hearts were filled with excitement and joy in the cool air of early spring. Hoang Phap Pagoda gave more than 42,000 lucky red pockets to guests and Buddhists came to the Pagoda to receive good fortune on the New Year's Eve and the first day of the Lunar New Year. That clearly shows the cultural tradition of Tet holiday of the Vietnamese people. Visiting pagodas, worshiping Buddha and receiving blessings at the beginning of the year is not only a nation tradition, but it is also a time to sow good karma for man and woman Buddhists, who pay homage to the Three Jewels, nurturing of the kindness mind towards a noble spiritual life.
