Prostrating five hundred names Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara

A lot of Buddhists returned to Hoang Phap pagoda to attend a prostration rite to the titles Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara at 18:00 p.m. of April 06th, 2026 (Feb. 19th, LC).

Being the Bodhisattva is fairly familiar to Buddhists, the Avalokitesvara is an embodiment of compassion, love, listening, protection and shelter to all beings. Her vows are to save suffering beings, Her great compassion allows sentient beings to be in that boundless light become more and more diligent on their way of learning Buddhism and cultivating virtue, bringing joy and happiness to everyone. The monks started up the Bodhisattva Title first; then, the mass repeated the Title: Namo Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, contributing to the ritual's solemn atmosphere.
