Releasing Creatures in Cu Chi District

In the morning of April 21st, 2018 (Lunar March 6th, Year of Dog), in response to the invitation of Mrs. Thuy at Vung Tau city, Junior Ven Thich Tam Hue and Buddhists of Hoang Phap pagoda with Buddhists at Vung Tau came to Hoc Mon market to buy fishes to release.

The group bought 800kg of fishes, eals valued 31 million VND by donation from group at Vung Tau (15.4 million VND), Miss Ngan – Trang Nguyen Company and other Buddhists. After chanting and taking Triratna refuge for fishes, eals, the group freed them back to the nature.

 Thence, Junior Ven Thich Tam Hue shared few words and encourage Buddhists to keep precepts, releasing. These are actions that create great merit and bring happiness to oneself and to all beings.
