Supporting cancer patients to attend One-Day Practice

After having breakfast, Buddhists came to the lecture hall of area C to begin reciting the Buddha's name, walking meditation and chanting precepts.
After the rite, the mass listened to the questions answer in the 76 Dharma Light Program from Senior Thich Dat Ma Khe Dinh, Vice Director Board (DB) of Binh Duong province‘s Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS), Head DB of VBS in Ham Tan district, Abbot of Truc Lam Chanh Thien.
After reciting the Buddha name in the afternoon, Buddhists practiced sitting meditation quietly. The day of practice ended in the joy of participants.
Before patients leaving the pagoda, Junior Thich Tam Hue gave gift portions to 86 patients. Each patient received 400,000VND and a necklace with a Buddha statue.
The total amount to 86 patients is 34,400,000 VND supported by Ms. Tuyet Ngoc ‘s Group in Hoc Mon, Ms. Huyen group, Nhat Thinh, Ms Hang, Ms Nghia in Tan Phu.
He praised the patients' difficult overcoming spirit, although the body was sick but the mind was not, and returned to the pagoda to cultivate. He advised them to take refuge in Three Jewels, diligently recite Buddha's name, study and practice Buddha's teachings, and will have a peaceful and happy life.
