The four reasons for which we should actively eat vegetarian food

Eating vegeterian food with all necessary and sciientific nutrients has become a healthy life movement nowadays, which is being strongly encouraged the world over.
Do you know the great scientist Albert Einsten, the\r\nlegendary king of pop music Michael Jackson, the former famous president of the\r\nUnited States of America Bill Clinton, the former CEO of a large number of Walt\r\nDisney cartoons Michael Einsner and many other preeminent sages who have been\r\nfollowing a permanent vegetarian diet? Why is it so?

Clearly, together with a variety of animals, human beings are\r\nenjoying countless delicacies made from meat. But there are many people who\r\ngive up such dainties and choose frugal foods not made from animal meats.\r\nTherefore, what are the advantages of eating vegeterian diet?
Firstly, vegeterian foods are in conformity with the\r\ncomposition of an animal body.
First of all, human teeth are specially composed like those\r\nof plant-eating animals. The Creator has cleverly made human teeth to grind and\r\nchew food to a pulp.
The composition of human molar teeth and clavide collar\r\nbones helps a human chew food widthwise and reciprocally. On the contrary,\r\nflesh-eating animals have very sharp molar teeth but without molar teeth and\r\nclavide collar bones. Accordingly, when eating meat carnivores just tear and\r\nthen gulp the meat without chewing it.
Moreover, human hands have no sharp claws. As a result,\r\nhuman beings use their hand only for picking up vegetables and fruits while\r\ncarnivores use their very sharp and strong claws to catch and tear the prey to\r\npieces.
In addition, there is a difference between the intestine\r\ntract and the digestive organ of plant-eating animals, of human beings and\r\nthose of a carnivore. The Creator has bestowed to flesh-eating animals a length\r\nof their digestive tract at only three-time as long as their body length while\r\nthat of human beings and vegetable-fruit eating animals is about ten times as\r\nlong as their body. Thanks to this, the waste matters in flesh-eating animals\r\nare discharged more quickly, while these matters stay longer in human\r\nintestines and those of vegetable-eating animals. And it is because of this,\r\nthere are opportunities to create much more toxin during the digestive process\r\nseen at flesh-eating people.
Secondly, vegeterian food will help maintain health and\r\nextend life span for eaters.
Some prejudices claim that vegeterian food fails to\r\ncompensate for the deficiency of the quantity of protein needed for a human\r\nbody. Some other people say that vegetable protein cannot be similar to animal\r\none; that means it cannot be replaced by the latter. If this remark is correct,\r\nthen what about the answer to this question : animals such as water buffaloes,\r\ncows, horses, and elephants do not eat flesh, but why do they have enough\r\nprotein and are normally physically strong, even their bodies are still bigger\r\nthan other animals?
Truly, protein includes 22 amino acids in which only 8 kinds\r\nare necessary for human body, and these are completely contained in the five\r\ncereals and vegetables and beans - sometimes the quantity\r\nis found much more than in processed meat.
We can make a comparison : 100gr of beef contain 20gr of\r\nprotein, 100gr of cheese contain 25gr of protein, and 100gr of soy-bean contain\r\n34gr of protein.
A study made by the biological-chemist named T. Colin\r\nCampbell, presently director of the research office Cornell – China – Oxford\r\nhas disclosed that “Even eating less fatty substance as directed by the USA\r\nHealth and Nutrition Service is unlikely to prevent from incurable diseases.\r\nThe necessary thing is that we should eat vegeterian food with frugal food but\r\nenough nutritive substances all year round.â€
Keeping vegeterian diet is good for our health
Thirdly, eating vegeterian food helps the eater has a meek,\r\njoyful temper.
Clearly enough. Horses, elephants, oxen and other\r\nvegetable-eating animals show that they are tamer and closer to us in\r\ncomparison with tigers, bears, wolves, etc. Even dogs kept in our houses and\r\nare loved many people sometimes bite their very owners.
The process of laughtering and hunting down also make man\r\nand carnivors become more cruel. Flesh as well as animal blood also contains\r\nmore stimulant than vegetation. Accordingly, human beings and carnivores are\r\neasy to be excited.
On the contrary, vegetarian diet keepers whose foods are\r\nmainly cereals and fruits usually have tamer character. The consumption of\r\nnatural foods also leads the consumers to have a peaceful and secure character.
Moreover, animals including human beings all have the fear\r\nfor being injured and killed. They feel the last moment they are going to be\r\nkilled and that is why some of them shout themselves hoarse, some insist on\r\nrefusing walking ahead and some show their helplessness by sheding tears.
We all have the feel of pain when our finger is cut and bleeding.\r\nSo, such a feel will be extreme when our throat is being cut or stuck, …!\r\nTherefore, keeping vegeterian diet will help human beings show their love\r\ntoward all species and increase their humanity and altruism from which they\r\nhave peace and happiness of mind.
The former American boxer, Mike Tyson, one of the most\r\nwell-known sports characters of the age, has just disclosed in a television\r\nprogram that thanks to his keeping vegeterian diet all year round, he has been\r\nable to decrease his ‘mad’ temper and become a man with more responsibility\r\ntoward his family and his society.
Fourthly, eating vegeterian food to have a better world.
During the period from 2011-2013, it is estimated that there\r\nwere 842 million people died of starvation. Is that true that was due to the\r\nlack of food that led to such a conditon?
In his book entitled Protein: Their Chemistry and\r\nPolitics, DPhil Aarol Altshul wrote, “If we use the surface of one hectare\r\nof soil (4046m2) to grow farm produce to provide food for vegeterians, we will\r\nreap an output of twenty times in comparison to using the same piece of land in\r\nraising animals for meat.
Presently, in the USA half of the total surface of land used\r\nfor cultivation is used for producing livestock food. In my opinion if all the\r\nsurfaces of farming land on our globe are used for human farming products then\r\nwe will be able to produce enough food for 20 billion of people the world over\r\neasily.â€
Nowadays, vegeterians no longer follow the habit that their\r\nprevious clergymen used by using just frugal foods. In other words,\r\nscientifically keeping vegeterian diet has become a healthy-living movement\r\naiming at having a peace and cheerfulness, which has been encouraged all over\r\nthe world.
