The Vesak Great Ceremony of Buddhist Calendar 2570 - Solar Calendar 2026 at Tay Phap Pagoda (Tay Ninh)

Tay Phap Pagoda (Thuy Hoa Vien, Don Thuan Commune, Trang Bang, Tay Ninh) - the Hoang Phap Pagoda 's branch - solemnly organized the Buddha's birthday celebration on the morning of May 25th, 2026 (April 09th, LC) as Buddhist Calendar in 2570.

 Attending the ceremony, there was the presence of Hoang Phap pagoda 's Monks and Nuns.

 

First, the Sangha of Hoang Phap Pagoda, Junior Thich Tam Dong had a Dharma talk on "The Meaning of Buddha's Birthday." By this, the attendees gained a clear understanding of the life and noble ideals of the Buddha Shakyamuni. His appearance was like a sun illuminating all darkness, guiding sentient beings from the delusion to enlightenment with the core principles of compassion and wisdom.

 

Next, Junior Thich Tam Vuong - Abbot of Tay Phap Pagoda proclaimed the Buddha Birthdays' meaning. Next, Junior Thich Tam Dong read the Vesak Message, B.E. 2570 by Dharma-Lord of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Chief Most Thich Tri Quang.

 

 In the solemn atmosphere, the Birthday Celebrating ritual and newborn Buddha statue's bathing was solemnly performed. This sacred ritual is an opportunity for each person to connect with the pure and compassionate energy of the Buddhas and feel the Buddha being born within ourselves.

 

Last, the great ceremony closed with a luncheon at Tay Phap Temple (Thuy Hoa Vien) in the joy of the attendees at the Buddha's Birthday celebration.
