Two-Day Prayer Ceremony for National Peace and People’s Well-Being During the Enshrinement of the Shakyamuni Buddha Marble Statue at Hoang Phap Pagoda.

 

Official worshiping of the Shakyamuni Buddha marble statue took place on September 12, 2026. Later that evening, at 7:30 PM, Hoang Phap Pagoda organized a chanting session of the Lotus Sutra’s Universal Gate Chapter to pray for world peace and the well-being of all sentient beings. The ceremony attracted a large number of male and female devotees, as well as Buddhists from all around. During this spiritual practice, participants united wholeheartedly in prayer, wishing for the victims of the recent devastating floods along the Nepal-China border to be reborn into a realm of peace and bliss.
