Vegetarian Eating, Favorite Trend of Vietnamese Stars

In monthly average, Tinna Tinh eats vegetables seven\r\ndays. In vegetarian meals, she chooses a menu of vegetables, fruit,\r\ntofu, mushrooms,etc. She, naturally, loves animals; therefore, this is a way to\r\nrestrict slaughtering.
Because of frequent music tour, it is difficult for her to\r\nbe a permanent vegetarian. Whenever she goes far and it is difficult to\r\nbuy fruit, she eats bread instead of rice or industrial eggs. She wants to\r\neat vegetables for many reasons, such as having a diet,\r\nfeeling tranquility and relieving stress.
Due to Thuy Tien’s mother, a Buddhist in constant vegetarian\r\nfood, she is used to eat vegetables regularly for several days each\r\nmonth. Since going to Saigon for the job, she has opportunist to eat\r\nvegetables frequently. However, her monthly menu has some days without\r\nmeat. There is also a vegetarian banquet for her and soccer player Cong\r\nVinh ’s wedding party.
As his family worships the Buddha on the altar, Nam Cuong\r\nused to eat vegetables regularly on the first day and the full-moon\r\nday each month. Sometimes, if he feels insecure, he also eats vegetarian food\r\nas a solution to help him calm down. If the show is in calendar of vegetarian,\r\nhe eats at home to keep his persistent menu before going out.

Truong Thi May has been a Buddhist and eaten vegetarian\r\nsince she was 13 years old. Sometimes she needs bread and a water bottle, which\r\nis enough for her to save time. She also opens a vegetarian restaurant for not\r\nonly serving herself but also encouraging people to eat vegetarian.

At first, she eats vegetables as a\r\nway of helping spirit be gentle. Gradually, she recognized that besides being\r\naware of religion, vegetarian food is also good for health if knowing how\r\nto eat and keep balanced diets.
