Visiting Niem Phat Duong Lien Hoa in Minnesota, US

In the afternoon Sep 29, 2017, Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh and monks from Hoang Phap pagoda kept on their trip visiting Lake City and Niem Phat Duong Lien Hoa.

After lunch, the delegation visited American Veterans Memorial and Lake City. According to local Buddhists, Minnesota is the land of waterways, the breeding ground for blossoming with more than ten thousand of varied types of lakes forming the cool and peaceful environment.

The group also had a tour of sightseeing along the bank of Mississippi River that originates from the Gulf of Mexico. This is one of the largest and longest rivers in the United States, the must-visit destination for visitors coming to Minnesota.

In the afternoon, The Senior Venerable and his delegation visited Niem Phat Duong Lien Hoa, a pagoda. He sent Dharma gift to abbot Thich Duc Thanh and had a familiar Dharma talk to the ashram.
