A quiet day practice at Can Mon Pagoda

Response to the invitation Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hieu, Abbot of Can Mon Pagoda (Quynh Phuong, Hoang Mai, Nghe An), Junior Ven. Thich Tam Tien had a Dharma conversation to Buddhists on the quiet day of weekly Sunday on July 14th, 2019 (lunar at June 12th, the Pig Year),
The day of retreats begins with the time of reciting the Buddha's name and sitting meditation. After that, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Tien, monk of Hoang Phap pagoda (Master of Religious Philosophy at Naropa University, currently studying at Harvard University, USA) had a dharma talk. The Ven. shared detail to Buddhists how to live alone peacefully follow the Buddha's teaching, based on the sutta of the Person Who Knows to Live Alone.
In the afternoon, the mass had a meal in mindfulness. In the afternoon, masses are still sitting meditation and reciting Buddha's name.
The quiet cultivation day closed in joy and peace.
