Beginning The 74th Cultivation Course

It was the first day of the retreat. In the morning, at some\r\nsections of the hall, cultivators were introduced basic etiquettes, such as:\r\nwalking, standing, lying, sitting, prostrating, kowtowing, and rituals of\r\noffering Buddha’s altar. Then, they were led to resting places of sleeping,\r\neating, and lecture hall.

In the afternoon, at 2 pm, the Abbot Superior Ven. Thich\r\nChan Tinh – the chief of the organization board instructed some regulations to\r\nthe Buddhists. Moreover, he also encouraged them to esteem this chance to\r\ncultivate, to self-improve of body and mind, moral commandments, as well as\r\nstrictly followed the rules for the seft’s and Boddhimandala’s peace and\r\nhappiness.

In response to the needs of memory, the Abbot announced\r\nabout taking photos for souvenirs with the Buddhists in groups.

After the introductory activity, the Buddhists were starting\r\n7-day cultivation course.
