Declaration after Receiving the Precepts

Before entering the Parinivarna, the Buddha again gave some wholehearted reminders to the Bhiksu: “Oh monks, after my leaving, you all have to keep well the Precepts as the blind-one gets light, as the poor-one gets germs. You must realize how important of the precepts because it’s your master, and it’s on the behalf of me in the life…” So the Law is the root of all good deeds, the foundation of wisdom arising, and the best jewelry for the Buddhist sons and daughters.
For a monk or nun, the moment of receiving the Precepts is the most memorable moment in the monkhood. From that moment, the novice officially becomes a Bhiksu or gets a full ordination. And their duties become heavier by the responsibility of reaching enlightenment and saving all living beings.
The examining before entering the Formal Ceremony of Ordination at Hoang Phap, there are 15 novices and 9 laymen to attend for 15 Bhiksu and 9 novice-monk in the Tri Tinh Formal Ceremony of Ordination organized by Board of directors belong to Vietnamese Buddhist Congregation in Ho Chi Minh, will take place from 7th to 12th May 2018 (22nd to 27th Lunar Calendar). This is the general joy to Buddhism when the number of Dharma-carrier has been up, there are more people for Buddhist promulgating in future.
Returning from the ceremony, the new Bhiksu and novice-monk were before the Grand Master’s worshiping-room for their Annunciation in the joy of the monks.
