Dharma talk All sorrows disappearing thanks to the Buddha name recitations - Senior Thich Tri Hue in the 106th Seven-day Retreat

On the 6th day in the 106th Seven-Day Retreat of Sep. 18th, 2025, Senior Thich Tri Hue, Standing Member of the Central Dharma Propagation Board, Abbot of Phap Tang pagoda, HCMC preached a Dharma talk named All sorrows disappearing thanks to the Buddha recitations in the Wheel-Dharma Building's Main Hall.
The Senior hopes all practitioners will always rely on the Buddha's name, sincerely reciting titles to eliminate false thoughts, afflictions, bring peace in this life and move toward liberation in the future. Life is impermanent, this body is temporary, all dharmas are also illusory. Thus, we need to diligently cultivate our body and mind, nurture the Bodhi mind and the vows to be reborn every day.
Most Master Thich Chan Tinh of Hoằng Pháp Pagoda came to the Dharma Hall to interact and encourage Buddhists attending the retreat in the afternoon.
The Most praised the spirit of cultivation and eagerness of Buddhists, and encouraged the mass to continue to maintain and promote more diligence. He emphasized all Buddhists should arrange the time to attend the retreats when having enough conditions, because this is a very favorable environment for the study, fostering the knowledge of Dharma and building a right view; Also, it is a great blessing to the attendees in good conditions guided by the wise ones. Luckily meeting these ones, who point out mistakes for us to modify, we should be happy to receive, and should not accept the ego but leave the opportunity to progress.
Buddhist learners should keep our faith firmly, deep belief in causes and effects, good-evil and retribution, as well as existence in this life and the next life; Since then, raising the great mind and practicing good dharma in our actions, words and thoughts.
