Peace is the balancing state in body and mind. Sometimes in life, we have to face adversities, which disorder our mind and lead to unexpected conflicts, over our controlling.
To prevent such conflicts, we need a talk to ourselves to change the way of seeing and get a positive state. In Buddhism, we take practice to deal with these problems.
During the sitting and looking inside the process, we feel peace and the wholesome thoughts arise. Take these materials as a means to have deep seeing for recognizing hatred is really not the right way to cause happiness. From there we go further to see what are the reason for hatred. Having found the reason, it’s not hard to solve them and having peace again.
