Update: 26/08/2019

People spend their whole life for happiness seeking, but mostly they can not satisfy when suffering and happiness are not always there but changing. To help them have a clear sight about happiness and how to gain it, Venerable preacher quotes the Buddha’s teaching from Samyutta Nikaya, Devata-Samyutta, Alavaka Sutta the four dharma giving non-suffering: truth, taming, benevolence and patience.
First, take an honest life via speech, deeds, and thoughts. From then we gradually build a moral life, gain merit and good things for happy fruits.
Second, control our six organs (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, mind) in contact to the six objects (visible objects, sounds, smell, taste, touch, and mental objects). We have to tame our six sense bases by being mindful, taking the rules to defend wrongdoing and offense.
Third, taking patience as the main practice to overcome adversities. Life is full of temptation and not easy for one who determines to eliminate all defilements, so take a hard-practice to firm your insight and alert the impermanence of life.
Fourth, willing to do-giving, your benevolence can bring happiness for both self and others.
Here are the four dharma taught by the Buddha himself, take them to practice you will have happiness in this life and the next life as well.
