Meeting for Grateful Tradition

In the current, 38 branches belonging to Hoang Phap Pagoda are founded and developed. Spending a long year working and spreading Dharma everywhere, monks as abbot at the temples and branches have the opportunity to return and rely on their Master and the mass. This significant tradition makes the cultivator’s brotherhood become close and warm. The meeting is also an opportunity for monks to exchange experiences on the way to propagate the Dharma and contribute their experiences to build the strong Sangha.

After reciting the Buddha names for support, Senior Ven. Thich Chan Tinh had some dharma words for his disciples.

First, he praised, couraged his learners to attend the "Returning to Origin" retreat. The retreat will be a time to tighten the master-disciple relationship. This is an opportunity for brotherhood to understand, sympathize, resolve all misunderstandings, establish communication with each other, create harmony and solidarity between the mass of Sangha.

The Senior Ven. taught that the practice is the path of precepts, concentration, wisdom, the Eightfold Path, the Four Noble Truths, the core of the practice and application of the Buddha's teachings, promoting the Mahayana spirit in the depending on conditions to support beings or others, their cognitive ability.

Finally, the Master advised the mass to take the time to study, listen to the dharma, read, study the scriptures ... to discern right and wrong without falling into subjective views, wrong views.

The daily practice must reduce ego, reduce greed, anger, and delusion; otherwise, it is the small afflictions that will lead to mistakes and sins in the religious life.
