The 5 methods that must be practiced in this life to attain enlightenment and resolve the pain and suffering of human condition are:
1. Must have time.
2. Have a path of practice (know the Dharma).
3. Have time to practice Dharma.
4. Must strive to follow the path of the Dharma.
5. Must have blessings.
Letting go of worldly desires, our mind must be steadfast and unwavering, not allowing afflictions to obscure the bright nature of enlightenment within our own mind. If six senses do not run following six scenes, do not cling, then attaining enlightenment is not far away. We must let go of desire things, determined to keep our mind pure, do things that benefit ourselves and others to glorify the Belief and glorify our Master.
The afternoon practice program included a walking meditation and reciting Buddha's name, and sitting meditation guided by the monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda.
Last, Senior Thich Tam Hue and the mass went to release fish at the Co Bac ferry on Hau River. The mass chanted sutras, recited Buddha's name, took refuge in Three Jewels and released all of them to nature.
