One - Day Cultivation at Dong Cao pagoda

Ngày 11/03/2018 (24/12 Đinh Dậu), mặc dù thời tiết đang trong giá rét nhưng với sự ham tu ham học, hàng trăm Phật tử từ khắp trong huyện đã tập trung về chùa Đống Cao, xã Nga Yên, huyện Nga Sơn, tỉnh Thanh Hóa tham dự khóa tu niệm Phật một ngày định kỳ hằng tháng.

Begining the cultivating time, the Junior Ven. taught the song "Dao Ca" to all Buddhists. Next, he instructed to chant the repentant rite of six senses, reviewed five precepts of lay man and released animals.

 At 9’ A.M, in response to the invitation of Junior Abbot Ven. Thich Tam Hung, the Chief of Organizers, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Man as Abbot of Tan Tay Thien Phap had a dharma talk at main hall with its theme "Deeply keeping the Body and Mind."

Over 2 hours’s preaching by the simple words of Buddha - dharma stories and his own practices, the Junior Ven. interpreted more the important factors of tranquility of the Buddhists’ mind and body regardless of any Dharma schools they choose. Particularly, he reminded Buddhists who should not follow outside forms, which should transfer body and mind; therefore, we deserve as the Buddha’s disciples who may build a happy family, contribute to the nation and keep on the Buddha’s teachings. The end of program was the explanation for Buddhist‘s cultivation. By his speech, the Junior Ven. clearly preached the matter of worshiping stars and having right knowledge so that they deserve as a Buddha’s child.

After that, the mass began the time of one-day cultivation.
