When the epidemic was taking place around the world, it had a serious impact on all aspects of life. To protect the attendees’ health, the retreats of pagoda were also postponed in two recent times. Currently, with enough conditions, the pagoda has organized the 95th retreat.
When faced with natural disasters, epidemics, accidents ..., whether can we remain calm without fear of risks? Also, are we afraid when faced with old age, sickness, or death? By the way, the Senior Ven and all participants discussed this issue. According to the Ven., depending on the awareness of the phenomenon of old age, sickness, or death, we will clearly manifest our state. At the same time, he said that the Buddhist concept of a human body is the four elements, borrowed from sand and dust, and we have "reincarnated" for many generations. So, we should be interested in the place where we go at the end of our life and don't be too concerned with this impermanent body.
By this way, the monk reminded the listeners to always do all merit, live an honest life that we are creating the present happiness; At the same time, it is a preparation for the day of our coming death, to be born in a peaceful realm.
