The 3rd "I have returned" Retreat at Dong Cao Pagoda, Thanh Hoa

Dong Cao Pagoda (Nga Yen, Nga Son, Thanh Hoa) organized the 3rd "I have returned" Retreat (from May 30th, to 31st, 2020) for nearly 100 local Buddhists to attend.
After the procedure for entering retreat, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung, Abbot of Dong Cao pagoda, chief of the Organizers had a brief talk about rules and cultivating time.
Next, the Monk instructed Buddhists attending the retreat some necessary demeanor, such as clasping their hands, saluting, bowing ... and then, the mass began chanting the sutra Turning Dharma Wheel (Dhamma - cakka - pavattana). The special thing is to be recited the Sutta of Transforming which is the Buddha's last teachings when He was preparing into Nirvana. Next, The Sigalovada sutta preached virtue, meditation, tranquility, practices that bring peace to the present moment.
In the afternoon, Abbot Ven.instructed the people to recite the Sutra of Ksihitigarbha. After that, the mass walked meditation around the pagoda which harmonizes with peaceful and positive energy in every step, connecting to nature.
After the meditation course, Junior Ven. Thich Tam Hung came to the lecture hall and taught a Dharma with the topic What Has Covered Our Mind on the morning of May 31st, 2020 (intercalary month of April 09th, LC).
By this way, he helped the mass understand the core that obscures our clear minds formed by greed, hatred and ignorance. Therefore, Ven. also reminded that because we are the Buddha's disciples, we should never blame our karma or we are only ordinary people. On the contrary, we should be aware of our error when having done wrong and know how to eliminate the harmful things and promote the good for ourself and others to deserve to be wisdom disciples of the Buddha.
Next, the mass audience continued to recite the Ksihitigarbha Sutta of the middle book.
After the time of reciting the Ksihitigarbha Sutta of the last book in the afternoon, the participants sat down to share their experiences with the practice.
At the end of the retreat, the Monk gave the Buddhists dharma gifts.
