The last day of summer retreat at Dong Cao pagoda

Entering the last day of summer retreat, the monks organized the refuge rite of the Three Jewels for all participants on July 14th, 2019 (lunar June 12th, the year of the Pig).

After the meditation in the morning, monks instructed they to concentrate on the main hall to stabilize their seat. After that, they welcomed monks and received precepts at there. In the solemn moment, the mass was sincerely wait for, then the monks guided them received the precepts from Senior Abbot Ven. of Hoang Phap Pagoda through the small screen.

In the afternoon, there was a conversation between monks and participants together. After the days of cultivation, they confided their problems, feelings, sentiment, thoughts, etc,. to sympathize together. Accordingly, there are ideas and contributions raised to draw experience in the retreat, to try to improve more better the summer's course in the next year. The atmosphere of the talk was very close and open.

The monks gave all participants the treasure gift of Dharma before comeback home, including books as, Lessons For Kids, History Of The Sakyamuni Buddha and The Path Of Happiness.
