The Program "Dharma Saves My Life" presented in Hoa Phuc pagoda

This is a Dharma program performed by Junior Venerable Thich Tam Hoa, the abbot and the cultural board in Hoa Phuc pagoda held. The program is truest footage about life of each character invited by the organizing board to exchange relation to buddhists. They are people who used to immerse themselves in the darkness of ignorance to cause many evil karmas, or buddhitsts who are transformed their diseases by practice Dharma. After having the potentiality and conditions to meet Buddha truth, they know how to overcome their fates, having a deep belief in practice and keeping the Buddha teachings, transforming their sufferings, benefiting their families and everybody.
In this Dharma talks, buddhitsts in the bodhimandala have been exchanged relation directly with Nguyen Thai Quang buddhist (his buddha name is Tinh Quang), the main character in program "Dharma saves my life - time 1". Tinh Quang buddhist is a man who used to have the dark past ; when he was young who was lived in the army background but he engulfed in bad habits, being addicted to drinks; he always opposed regulations which caused bad influence on his army unit. Not only that, Tinh Quang buddhist spoke loudly and scuffled with his superior officers as well as his teammates in many times which caused the regretable consequences, having been detained temporarily in many days. After leaving the army , with self-conceited ego together with formerly bad habits, Tinh Quang buddhist has turned himself into a wine worm, he always beat and abused his wife and children, smashing his home and immersing himself in the leaven of sin. He beat his wife to the hospital in many times, holding a knife to cut and kill someone who was contrary to his opinion. But it is due to have causes and conditions with Buddha law in previous life, Tinh Quang buddhist has awakened after a long stupidity, knowing to turn and rely on Three Refuges, cultivating and being transformed his mind and body, creating many blessings to become a sincere buddhist, a symbolic example for practice in bodhimandala of Hoa Phuc pagoda. Tinh Quang buddhist has gradually abandoned evils in the past, the dark images of Thai Quang are changed by the image of an exemplary father and husband in his family, a factor who contributes to building a society became better. In front of aquilaria scent which spreads in the sacred Tripple Gem, Tinh Quang buddhist has offered his vows, from now on he always vows to respect and rely on Three Jewels, following the correct teachings to practice, sowing the green sprout for Dharma, wholehearted help those who are in the dark to have potentiality and conditions to see the light of Buddha law in order to live in the peaceful and more meaning dates.
