unior Ven. Thich Tam Hung, abbot of Dong Cao pagoda and Buddhists held a repentant ceremony, took refuge in the Triratna and preached dharma for the souls of ancestors, the sudden dead and deceased foetus on the evening of Aug. 26th, 2020 (on July 8th in year of mouse), being escaped from the ignorant realm and born into a peaceful one. Parents and relatives have repented before the deceased foetus. This rite was prayed for the peace of the nation, the happy and comfortable life of residents and the epidemic Covid - 19 will soon end.

 

A few days ago, Dong Cao pagoda held a prayer ceremony and repentant worship from July 1st to July 15th, Year of Mouse. Practice time: in the morning (8:00) chanting Ksihitigarbha Bodhisattva of sutra; in the afternoon (14:00) chanting The compassionate water repentance Dharma of sutra; in the evening (19:30) chanting Ullambana of Sutra, and broadcasted by via Facebook's network of the pagoda. This rite will create conditions for people everywhere to nurture Bodhi seeds and show gratitude to ancestors, grandparents, parents.
