The Repentent Ceremony Of June 16th Monkey Year

By the intruction from the Senior Abbot Venerable and resident monks, the Junior Thich Tam Khuong had a speech on theme “The Buddha’s Pathâ€.
Everyone in life has their own destinations. To help our life safe, reduce difficulties, etc, each of us must have the basic knowledge. Therefore, every body must step on such two paths as the secular school’s way and the religious school’s one.
On the path to secular school, it is an important to keep the stable viewpoint which exchanges our dreams to the truth. It is a gold key helping us open our miraculous doors, which is a successful measure in life. Each of us has to choose a right way and efforts to overcome all obstacles so that we could gain achievement in life.
On the path to religious school which was explored by the Buddha Sakya Muni. He was an enlighted and awaken person. He was the talent teacher who helps us recognize the life’s truth of impermance, five aggregates, changing destroying of the World. The Buddha taught “the five basic precepts of moral principles†which helps us be born as a human; “ten good deeds†which be born to heaven; “Four Noble Truths†so that we could gain the achievement of Arahat’s fruit; “Twelve causal conditions†which is cultivated to follow the monk’s path; “Six methods gaining the achievement of enlightenment†which enters the Bodhissatava’s path. Buddhists follow the Buddha‘s path that leads two ways of studying and practing like the Buddha. Because there is studying, we could understand and practice exactly, so that we can obtain the deliverance enlightenment.
In spite of any paths, we will aim at the goal, then every body will have to follow the Buddha’s path, because all people are Buddhas in the future.
After the preaching, the mass began the repentant ceremony as usual.
