The Ullambana ceremony of pious gratitude at Ca Mon Pagoda in Nghe An Province.

In the morning of Sep. 3rd, 2017 (July 13th, 2017 Roaster Year) Can Mon (An Phap) Pagoda - Tan Phong Hamlet, Quynh Phuong Commune, Hoang Mai County Seat, Nghe An Province organized the Ullambana ceremony of pious gratitude.

In the joyful atmosphere of greeting the Ullambana ceremony, there were three events of great delights, such as:

1.The great joyful day of greeting the event of mass Biskkhus, who finished the summer retreat course, ending the restraint time and the sangha increased their one-year religious age.

2.The great joyful day of greeting the event of Buddhists who sincerely, respectfully chanted the Buddha’s name and sutras, worshiped Buddha, offered Triratna and Sanghas of restraint which helps current parents increase their bless and longevity, and their past ancestors would release dark realm and born to the Pure Land.

3.The great joyful day of greeting the event of right mindfulness and awareness was pinned on their left - chest a red rose which reminds them who remains parents, getting a happy condition. Happiness was all of us to gather, gladly united in a family with our siblings. Due to the life is impermanent, rose blooms, though being faded; party or meeting will also separate, etc; therefore, we should keep on our emotion, as our existence in a family or a team getting along well together.

On that spirit, Can Mon Pagoda organized the Ullambana ceremony,attended from Venerable Sanghas in and out OF the province. Particularly, over 3000 good man and believing woman who were extremely respectful and joyful inside and outside Hoang Mai region.

In the afternoon of same day was the transferring of three refuges and five precepts.
