Working means action. Action means the thing that ismotionexercise. It is not an unthinkabledeeds,butit is due to principles, goals, andcertainmethods. In fact, everyone different from their wisdom and health capabilityleadsto the differencefromtheir learning ability and effect.Withoutcomparisonwith others,ones makingweakerachievementthan others will be sadand confident,andwhen being better theywill besocomplacentthat it cannotonly cause suffering to others, but alsodoharm forthemselves.Doingsomething incalm and normal mind without comparing with any ones is a positive attitude.There are three principles to help keepthestateof mindcalm to work:trying the bestofmind,ability, and advantage forstudy.

On contrary, weakness is the same;unconcentration leading bad to worse. Therefore, we have to endeavor our mind,power,and possibilities for learning,whichis a positive attitude to work.

Besides, the envy is also the mistake. It is naturally satisfied for ones who has perfect quality for a unique job. They may need an matured opportunity so as to get promotion. We shouls praise their success. Meanwhile we self remind our mind, power, and attempt for our own.

There is also someone who usually blames on bad things of their workin charge. We needtobase on our excitement and ability to work,regardless togoodorbad status. Acareerhas its proof. Whenhavinga chance and condition, it is not so difficultto transfer totheone, which is suitable to ourambition.
