The ceremony was presented of the monks in the province of Nghe An, attended by representatives of governments, and more than 2,000 good men and believing women inside and outside the province.
At 9 o’clock, after welcoming the Venerables to the lecture hall, the celebration officially began with the six offerings included incense, flowers, lights, tea, fruits and dharma music to express his reverence offering to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of ten directions. Next was ở the rites of Buddhists in pure white áo dài pinning roses on the monks’ robes of Cán Môn Pogoda, accompanying with emotional speech on "The meaning of pinning roses", which touched countless hearts of filial sons.Proving the ceremony, on behalf of the organizing committee, after receiving an offering, Junior Venerable Thích Tâm Hiếu - abbot of Cán Môn Pogoda, had a few words of gratitude to thank attendees. 
He also reminded the children to appreciate and love their parents when they were still alive, and did not remorse after they had died. On this occasion, The Junior Venerable blessed for Buddhists and their parents who were alive with peaceful longivity, and who were deceased with Pure Land realm.
