Meditation tea at the end of the year of "Meeting together on Tet holiday" at Hoa Phuc pagoda – Hanoi

Returning beside Master, the mass enjoyed tea, breathed, and laughed together. It was a happy and meeting moment for young people and Buddhist youth at Hoa Phuc Pagoda (Quoc Oai, Hanoi) on January 19th, 2019.

To close the Buddhist activities in 2018 of the Buddhist youth group, the young came to the pagoda to volunteer deeds as a preparation for the Pig Year Tet Festival.

 

From 7 a.m, more than 60 young Buddhists returned to the pagoda doing merit. At 11:00, Venerable Thich Tam Hoa - the abbot of Hoa Phuc pagoda and the youth gathered and used the year-end meal at the Lumbini Garden in mindfulness.

 

At the main hall in the afternoon, monks and learners of Hoa Phuc Pagoda attended the year-end tea meditation session with the theme "Tet Meeting". In the warm space, Buddhist Lien Hai represented a group of young Buddhists reporting the achievements and difficulties that existed after a year of Buddhist activities at the pagoda.

 

Listening to the confiding in young people, Ven Tam Hoa had some words of encouragements, orienting the next activities for the youth group in 2019. Besides, Ven also sent thanks and praised the young people. Venerable Master said: "Young Buddhists are an important part to create success in Buddhist activities, are the effective arms of Buddha Dharma".

For the contribution of the young Buddhists’ generations, the monks of Hoa Phuc Pagoda had small gifts as his sincere thanks and gratitude showing to the young people.
