2nd One-Day Peaceful Retreat at Dang Phap Pagoda in Binh Phuoc in 2023.

By invitation of Junior Thich Tam Quang as Abbot of Dang Phap Pagoda, Junior Thich Tam Duoc, the monks of Hoang Phap Pagoda came to the ashram to preach a Dharma talk named Study and practice.

The Junior encouraged Buddhists to learn and practice according to basic teachings, such as "Three refuges and Five precepts, ten goods, Noble eightfold path, karma and its results, cause and effect, ..." when having great roots of merit, and conditions with the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, we vow to take Three Refuges and Five Precepts; or when receiving precepts, we should learn about the precepts. Understanding the precepts means that genuine Buddhists have learned, cultivated, and have precepts, because Most Master of Hoang Phap Pagoda has recommended mass as following:

Learning from the Theravada doctrines,

Transmitting Dhamma is done in the Mahayana spirits.

 After having lunch, the mass took a nap at the main hall, entered the reciting of Buddha name, and meditation walking.
