A Meeting To Express Gratitude in 2015

 

Indeed, in recent years, Buddhist art and culture have flourished and have been widely disseminated to many classes of society. Hoang Phap Pagoda has been one of the successful organizers of the Buddhist performing arts program, making great contribution to the Buddhist art of the country. That success results from the efforts of not only the monks and the Buddhists but also of the artists' enthusiastic support. This meeting is an opportunity for the organizers to express gratitude to the generous benefactors, artists, ect. It is also an opportunity for the pagoda to look back on the past development and make contributions for the upcoming program.

Opening the meeting, Senior Venerable Thich Chan Tinh, the abbot, the monks and the artists made an incense offering ceremony in memorizing to the late Venerable Master.  After the introduction, the Venerable showed his gratitude to all of the artists, the benefactors and the performing companies, whowholeheartedly supported the organizers during the past few years.

 

However, making good use of this strategical form of artist and musical propagation requires the artists' support.

 In the future, Hoang Phap Pagoda will certainly continue to implement more programs in order to devote to religion and the country.  Therefore, the pagoda hopes to receive contributions from everyone.

After the gratitude of the Abbot, the artists made some comments as well as suggestions for the arts program of the pagoda. All of them wished to organize more various and better programs, causing Buddhist arts and culture to thrive sustainably.
