Abbot Appointment Ceremony of Tan Binh Pagoda in Quang Nam

In response to the invitation of Junior Thich Tri Thong, the Monks at Hoang Phap Pagoda came to Tan Binh Pagoda in Quang Nam province to attend the Abbot Appointment ceremony on June 26th, 2025.

Held solemnly and pure with the presence of Venerable monks, local authorities and a large number of Buddhists, the ceremony expressed trust and expectations for the new Abbot.

 

Recognizing the maturity and dedication to serving the Dharma of monks and nuns with full wisdom, and virtue, the appointment ceremony was entrusted by the Sangha and Buddhists, a reminder of the great responsibility in preserving morality and inheriting the Buddha Dharma.

 

This is a sacred mission, not only to preserve the monastery but also to be a leader and build a monastic life for the mass to benefit all beings.

 

The ceremony closed in the joy of the new Abbot and the whole participants.
