Buddha's Birthday Ceremony at Bao Quang Pagoda

Joining the joy of 2646th anniversary of Buddha's birth, Buddha Calendar 2566, Bao Quang pagoda (Dong Nai province) managed by Junior Thich Tam Luan, solemnly celebrated the Buddha's birthday on May 15th, 2022 (April 15th, LC).

At exactly 9 am., the venerable monks, nuns and Buddhists gathered in the main hall to invite the golden newborn statue and perform the Buddha bathing ritual.

The whole mass sat still, deeply contemplating the Buddha's teaching to commemorate and pay homage to the great Enlightenment One. The bells of the prajna drum are deep, strong and the resounding sacred sutras are to praise the World-Honor One.

Hundreds of Buddhists raise their emotions and are very happy to be able to participate in this great holiday.
