Buddhism Wedding Ceremony

In solemn and pure atmosphere, with the blessing of Buddhas in ten directions and witness of clergy men, the ceremony formally and ceremonially takes place.
After offering incense to Buddha and praying, representatives of families of couples offer the appeal for Buddhism wedding rites and blessings from clergymen on this important day.
Responding to the request, on behalf of the clergy men, Venerable Thich Tam Hue praises families for their belief to Triratna to have the Buddhism wedding ceremony at pagoda. He also sends his advices to young couples regarding marital duties and responsibilities of spouses in the family. Besides, the Venerable also shares Buddha's teachings on how to build up sustained happiness in the family and how to behave properly to parents and relatives. Everyone should fulfill his/her duties as per Buddha’s teachings in Sigalovada Sutra to deserve an upbeat tone in spiritual life and a happy marriage with truth, goodness, and beauty in life.
At the end of the ceremony, the Venerable sends Buddhism marital certificates and wedding gifts to just-married couples.
