Ceremony of seating Buddha Statue of Dai Co Viet Pagoda, Yen Bai

On Dec. 07th, 2022, Dai Co Viet Pagoda, Yen Bai province (belonging to Hoang Phap Pagoda) held a ritual putting Shakyamuni Buddha statue at the remote countryside for Buddhists to have a place to worship the Buddha, and study in the guidance Abbot Thich Tam The.

The ceremony was witnessed by Junior Thich Tam Kinh, Abbot of Tay Khanh Pagoda and Junior Thich Tam Truong, Abbot of Hoang Phap Pagoda, monks in the tradition of Hoang Phap Pagoda, (HCMC).

On behalf of Venerables in the ceremony, Junior Thich Tam Kinh shared and encouraged Buddhists in the local area, trying to come back to the temple and help the Abbot. Thanks to this, everyone has a place to practice, learn Buddha teachings, and support the monks to spread the Dharma and benefit sentient beings in remote areas.

The ceremony was completed in the joy of the mass.
