Chanting and the charity on the lunar full moon day at Dong Cao Pagoda

Dong Cao Pagoda in Thanh Hoa province (belonging to Hoang Phap Pagoda ’s custom) held One-day chanting and charity activities (on the lunar full moon day) of April 05th, 2023.

After the mass chanted Ksitigarbha sutra led by Buddhist Tam Hy Xa.

Next, Junior Thich Tam Hung instructed Buddhists going to Nga Son district market to buy fish which would release them into the Hung Long River. This means to show love to sentient beings, praying for the alive person to be at peace, for the deceased to be salvaged.

Next, the mass returned to the temple to offer a meal on the lunch’s full moon day, and chanted the Eightfold Path of sutra.

The mass prepared nearly 350 vegetarian meals to give to patients being treated at Nga Son General Hospital under the guidance of Buddhist Tinh Hung. Hopefully, all patients are healthy soon to comeback their family

After the mass chanted together the Lotus sutra led by Dieu Thang Buddhists in the afternoon.

The cultivation day ended in joy for the participants.
