Charity in sowing blessing of Dong Cao Pagoda

In the coming air of filial piety Ullambana season, all Buddhists returned to Dong Cao pagoda in Thanh Hoa (belonging to Hoang Phap pagoda) to practice together with the mass, sowing blessing on July 29th, 2022.

At the beginning, Buddhist Dieu Thang guided the mass to recite the Ksitigarbha Sutra. After that, the abbot examined teachings to Buddhists currently before the rite of creature release.

Next, Junior Thich Tam Hung led the Eightfold Path Sutra at the lecture hall to pray for peace to all sentient beings. After that, the mass prepared more than 400 portions of vegetarian rice to donate periodically at Nga Son General Hospital under the guidance of Buddhists Tinh Dong. After the chanting, the practitioners gathered together to eat mindfully under the guidance by the Abbot.

In the afternoon, the participants together chanted the Wonderful Dharma Lotus Sutra and recited the Buddha's name. Before leaving, Buddhists received a gift of Dharma.
