Community program "Body-mind Purification, Guiding a healthy living method in accordance with the nature"

From Dec. 08th to Dec. 13th, 2023 Hoang Phap Pagoda cooperated with Senior Doctor Thich Tam Thanh and the body-mind Purification’s Company, organized a program "Purification of body and mind - Guiding to a healthy living method in accordance with the nature" to awaken the spirit of self-care, renewing body-mind, resonating energy to improve health and changing awareness in the daily lifestyle.

On behalf of the Organizers in the evening of the first day, the pagoda’s Abbot, Junior Thich Tam Truong shared words with the monks, nuns and practitioners. He also reminded attendees about some things to keep in mind, regulations in the purification course to get good results, and maintain demeanor when staying at the temple.

On the evening of the last day, Junior Thich Tam Truong visited and wished for the health monks, nuns and Buddhists participating in the program; meanwhile, he advised the attendees should try to practice and change their lifestyle, choose foods and a suitable daily diet for good health. After that, the mass interacted and shared the results obtained after the purification course.

Before leaving, each person was given a Dharma gift by the monks, including books: Cultivation at home, Lessons for Buddhists, Karma of mouth, Good examples in East and West, A brief Introduction of Hoang Phap monastery ...is compiled by Most Thich Chan Tinh.
